This past March, JAS Brazil held a sales meeting focusing on teamwork and customer service.

As a part of the event, the commercial team was divided into five teams and challenged with a scenario that required them to price a BID, do contract analysis, perform a detailed presentation of the solutions, and propose JAS services. The top-performing groups were presented with a reward.

Additionally, a presentation given by Mayra Caetano (Sylvamo Brasil Supply Chain Manager) emphasized the importance of paying attention to details, the quality of service, and the importance of listening to the customer. In addition to the challenge presented to the commercial teams, the presentation reinforced the importance of teamwork. 聽

Of the event, Ana Ribeiro, Marketing Analyst at JAS Brazil, said, 鈥淎t JAS, people make the difference, and the concepts of good practices shared at the event will be reflected in both our external and internal services. Furthermore, at JAS we increasingly seek to improve our performance and care for high-quality customer experience.鈥

A Palestra sobre o Olhar Do Cliente, ministrado por Mayra Caetano ( Supply Chain Manager Sylvamo Brasil) refor莽ou sobre a import芒ncia de dar mais aten莽茫o aos detalhes, focar no diferencial, na qualidade do servi莽o e o principal: ouvir o cliente. Somado os est铆mulos para aperfei莽oamento t茅cnico e de atendimento que foram abordados, o evento tamb茅m ressaltou sobre a for莽a do 鈥楾eamWork鈥 e como o alinhamento entre Comercial, Opera莽玫es, Produto, Financeiro, Jur铆dico, BID e Qualidade 茅 de extrema import芒ncia para um resultado efetivo.

O encontro proporcionou ao Time Sales JAS BR um momento para ressignificar nossa forma de atendimento, e assim, juntos conseguirmos nos posicionar de maneira mais assertiva na oferta de servi莽os, que n茫o s贸 atendem mais v茫o al茅m da expectativa de nossos clientes. JAS has once again been honored by Flowserve Corporation, a global leader in flow control solutions, securing the Freight Forwarder of the Year 2024 award. This marks the second year in a row JAS has been recognized by Flowserve, reinforcing its position as a trusted logistics partner in Flowserve鈥檚 supply chain.

JAS鈥檚 2024 recognition builds on its exceptional 2023 performance, which included Customs Broker of the Year and Best Account Management of the Year awards, with a special commendation for Regional Account Manager Katarina Cook. Celebrating the grand opening of JAS Beijing's new office, marking a milestone in our growth in China.

This month JAS proudly celebrated the grand opening of its new Beijing branch office, marking another important step in the company鈥檚 growth in China. The event welcomed Mr. Marco Civardi, CEO of JAS China; Ms. Cathy Yu, North China Area Manager of JAS China; and Mr. Marco Midolo, First Counsellor & Head of the Economic and Commercial Office at the Italian Embassy in China.

In their remarks, Mr. Civardi and Mr. Midolo reflected on the importance of strengthening ties between Italy and China, and shared their optimism for the continued development of the Beijing branch. A ribbon-cutting ceremony and celebratory toast followed, setting a warm and festive tone for the day.

鈥淭his new office is more than just a space鈥攊t鈥檚 a foundation for the future,鈥 said Cathy Yu. 鈥淎s a key logistics hub in North China, it positions us to deliver even greater value to our clients and deepen our role in the ongoing partnership between China and Italy.鈥
